BG INGENIERIE has developed different chip implanting equipment, referenced as BGi051 family.
They have a production capacity up to 500 units per hour and are suitable for R&D, prototypes, small and medium runs.

The equipment exists under different versions:
- BGi051H: using hotmelt and ACF with 1 to 6 pressing heads,
- BGi051E: using cyanoacrylate cold glue.
